A Course in Facilitating NVC Practice Groups

11 Thursdays (no meeting on Thanksgiving)

 Have you ever thought about leading or facilitating an NVC practice group?  If so, this training for you.

Suggested Experience

A beginner track is available for motivated participants, although typical
experience includes 9 to 12 weeks practice group experience, 14 hours workshop experience.  Suggested preparation also includes attending a "
First Monday", visiting www.theexercise.org  or www.cnvc.org, or reading chapters 1 to 9 in the book "Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life" by Marshall Rosenberg

Whether you're curious about or committed to one day leading a group, “Peer Leadership” is an opportunity to learn, review and deepen basic NVC skills, deepen your empathic awareness and share what you have learned and experienced with others. 

In a challenging, fun and supportive environment the “Peer Leadership” course will help you create an NVC practice group that fits you, your group and your style. 

Throughout the course you will learn critical concepts and practices to help a group stay connected, productive and fun. You will learn to create your own materials, exercises and have access to time-tested curriculum, articles, games and powerful exercises that engender high levels of learning and integration.

Learn to transform common pitfalls and keep more learning, life and fun alive in the group.  Learn to create learning moments that empower and support the group. 

Learn to integrate NVC for yourself and model it for others while facilitating.
