More About the Integration Program - Although Based in New York the Integration Program is offered to anyone who can get to New York once a year, The Integration Program is a one to three year program designed to provide support if you're looking for ways to make NVC a part of the way you are.  The "program" consists of weekly practice in a group, weekly  Empathy Sessions, three Coaching calls per month and one Intensive per year.  The intensive is in the Catskills in New York.  Folks who live outside the area who are in a weekly practice group or forming a weekly practice group can participate by telephone for Coaching and Empathy calls. Jet Blue offers low airfares into Stewart International Airport, which is about 60 minutes from our location in the Catskills.

Learning and Living NVC

The program provides an intensive experience that supports and deepens the practice and consciousness of NVC.

Participants receive support in identifying learning and growth goals and then provides opportunities and support in pursuing them.  Participants constantly work with Trainers and Coaches to devise and implement strategies to develop specific NVC skills and awareness and ultimately practice.

Participants deepen their ability to transcend conflict in their own lives and with others through a deeper practice of empathy and self-empathy (a greater awareness of needs) and ultimately, the art of Requesting that which serves Life.

Participants enjoy greater self-awareness and awareness of others by understanding and connecting to the life force of our universal needs and values. Discover and grow your compassion by learning to let go of judgment while learning to experience feelings and needs as a guiding Life force.  Bring presence, communication, dialogue and mediation skills to your relationships and enjoy more harmony and contribution.
