Meet Cory Tyler

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Cory’s life was forever changed when, in 2012, he attended a presentation on Nonviolent Communication at the Agape International Spiritual Center where he worked on staff for 9 years. The father of two, Cory is an NVC coach and mentor using the principles of compassion, working one-on-one with clients as well as teaching NVC in the Los Angeles school system as facilitator for the Spirit Awakening Foundation. Cory has led online and in-person practice groups, attended multiple trainings, co-facilitated “Across The Aisle: Political Conversations” on Facebook live with John Kinyon and participated in Thom Bond’s Compassion Course for 7 years.
